At the event with wine and nibbles you can find out and get involved in our plans with Leeds Art Gallery during the British Art Show, Arthouse, Wakefield – who are offering a residency with a flat and studio space and Baltic Mill Newcastle, and of course Beaconsfield where we want to begin a Deaf Arts Network that is about deaf artists working in art spaces, intervention, and socially engaged practice (or working with deaf people and bringing them into the arts), so we are part of contemporary visual arts in the Uk and abroad.

We welcome artists in any art form, including BSL poetry, we want creative deaf people who can work, respond and create new work in art spaces, and make site specific work.
